We have been ordering pizza from Cariglio’s for over 15 years now. We have never had a bad experience until today (4/2/18). It started with calling to order a medium speciality pizza, which we wanted a few modifications on. The girl on the phone told us we aren’t really allowed to change speciality pizzas, and I told her that it was allowed online. And she proceeded to tell us she will do it for us this one time. So phone call continues, she reminds me about 400 more times that modifications on speciality pizzas aren’t allowed.. cool.. got it. We get the pizza. It is shriveled up and FREEZING cold. We call them back, same girl answers. The girl proceeds to tell my mom that I was rude to her on the phone (when???) and that she has “people to back her up” and I indeed was rude. Which in fact, I was the complete opposite, and she was the one who was utterly rude to me. Needless to say, we will never order from here again and that girl does not belong in customer service. She spoke to us like friends off the street rather than customers. If anyone at all has a contact number or information for a manager of any sort, please let me know. Due to the fact that she also refused to provide us with manager contact information (convenient, right? Lol).
